Disclaimer

Rentals on the Rim requires a $50 refundable deposit for all rentals. A larger deposit is required for rentals more than two items. The deposit will be returned after the kayaks, paddle boards, or tubes are returned in good condition and have passed inspection for any damages.

Delivery to some locations may be available for an additional cost, but is not guaranteed.

Renters must be 18 or older and have a Valid Drivers License with them.

Signed Waivers are required for all participants before renting.

1-2 Life Jackets are provided with Rentals. You are required to have them with you while on the water and they must be worn all times by ages 12 and under. We offer children’s life jackets, but availability is limited and not always guaranteed.

There are manufacture suggested weight limits that vary by equipment and Rentals on the Rim is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by violations of weight limits.

Refunds will not be issued for light rain or other mild weather conditions. However, in the case of severe thunderstorms—where safety is a concern—customers may be eligible for a refund. We take weather safety seriously and will evaluate severe storm conditions on a case-by-case basis.

**All rentals are non-refundable once the equipment has been picked up. No partial refunds will be issued for early returns**

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, Rentals on the Rim is not obligated to hold your equipment.

Customers who arrive late for their appointment or return equipment early will not be eligible for any discounts or partial refunds.
